2025 BAFTA Television Awards with P&O Cruises TV Memorable Moment voting terms
These are the terms and conditions which apply to the 2025 P&O Cruises Memorable Moment Award (the "Award").
If you want to vote, you (and your vote) are subject to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not vote.

The Rules
The promoter of the Award is The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (“BAFTA”), company number: 00617869, whose registered office is at 195 Piccadilly, London, W1J 9LN, UK.
To vote, you must confirm and agree to the following voting rules:
- be a UK resident;
- vote from the UK;
- be at least 18 years old;
- not be connected with the Award (see below for what this means);
- provide your full name and email address;.
- Vote using BAFTA’s online voting site *www.bafta.org/moment*
- Vote on or after 08:00am (BST) on Wednesday 12th March 2025;
- BAFTA must have received your vote before 23:59 (BST) on Friday 25th April 2025; and
- You must only vote once.
BAFTA may discount any votes in breach of the above rules, or which BAFTA deems otherwise invalid.
To ensure the integrity of the vote, BAFTA will provide all of the data you provide, including personal data, to an independent third party (Civica Election Services Limited (“Civica”), whose registered office is at Southbank Central, 30 Stamford Street, London, SE1 9LQ, UK, with company number :02263092). Civica will remove duplicate or otherwise invalid votes, count the valid votes, validate the outcome and select the winners at random via a random number generator.
BAFTA will use your personal data only for the purpose of calculating and validating the vote (see above), unless you also give your consent for it to be used for marketing purposes. If you choose to enter the 2025 P&O Cruises Memorable Moment Award prize draw(“Prize Draw”) and are selected by BAFTA as a winner (a “Winner”), you agree that BAFTA will transfer your personal data to P&O Cruises for the purpose of fulfilling the delivery of your prize.
These terms, and any disputes or issues arising out of or in connection with them (whether contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, breach of statute/regulation or otherwise) are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such disputes or issues.
If you are connected with the Award, you must not vote.
You must not vote if:
- you are professionally connected with BAFTA or the BAFTA Television Awards, including Carnival UK trading as P&O Cruises or
- you are an immediate family member of someone professionally connected with BAFTA or the BAFTA Television Awards, including Carnival UK trading as P&O Cruises.
Being professionally connected with BAFTA or the BAFTA Television Awards includes being employed by or working for BAFTA, or one or more of BAFTA’s suppliers involved in the BAFTA Television Awards.
2025 P&O Cruises Memorable Moment Award Prize Draw terms and conditions:
1. The Promoter of the Award is The British Academy of Film and Television Arts, company number 00617869 whose registered office is at 195 Piccadilly, London, W1J 9LN, UK (‘Promotor’). The Prize is provided by Carnival plc trading as P&O Cruises 100 Harbour Parade, Southampton SO15 1ST, UK (the ‘Prize Provider’).
2. The terms and conditions which apply to this Prize Draw are available at: www.bafta.org/moment. By entering this Prize Draw, you will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by the same.
How to Enter
3. The Prize Draw will run from 8.00am on 12 March 2025 (Opening Date) until 11:59pm on 25 April 2025 (Closing Date) inclusive.
4. To take part in this Prize Draw entrants must visit: publicvote.bafta.org/po-cruises-memorable-moment after the Opening Date and complete and submit the entry form available there.
5. All entries must be received by the Promoter no later than 11:59pm on the Closing Date. All entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
6. Only one entry to the Prize Draw is permitted per person. If you enter the Prize Draw more than once, any entries you have submitted will be disqualified. Multiple, bulk or automatically generated votes won’t be valid.
7. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
The Prize
8. Prizes are available: 25 prizes consisting of a pair of tickets to the 2025 BAFTA Television Awards with P&O Cruises Awards live event on 11 May 2025 (the “Event”) (each a “Prize”). Prizes are provided by the Promotor.
9. Each Prize consists of two red-carpet and balcony tickets to watch the 2025 BAFTA Television Awards with P&O Cruises on 11 May 2025 at the Royal Festival Hall in London.
10. Alcohol will be given as part of the Prize, so Winners may be asked to show proof of age (Driver’s Licence or Passport) before they receive any alcohol.
11. All Winners will be contacted by phone and/or email, so please take extra care to give your correct phone number and email address when you cast your vote. Winners will also be asked to reconfirm their attendance prior to the Event.
12. The allocation of Prizes to Prize Draw Winners is at the Promotor’s sole discretion.
13. Winners of the Prizes will be notified by the Prize Provider as soon as possible following the Closing Date of the Prize Draw. Prize Winners must follow all instructions provided to them by the Prize Provider and the Promotor to redeem their Prize. The Prize Provider will use reasonable efforts to contact Prize Winners promptly using the details provided by entrants when submitting a Vote. If Prize Winners do not respond in sufficient time to attend the Event or are otherwise unable to attend the Event for any reason, no alternative Prize will be offered.
14. Each Prize is non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
Winners
15. 25 Winners of the Prize Draw associated with the award will be selected by the Promotor. The Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries using a random-number generator. At this time, a re-draw list will also be selected which will be used to fulfil prizes of uncontactable or RSVP non-attendance.
16. Winners will be contacted as soon as practicable following the Closing Date using the details provided when entering the Prize Draw.
17. By entering the Prize Draw you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your entry. Please read the Personal Data section for information about how your personal data will be processed.
Eligibility
18. The Prize Draw is only open to all UK residents aged 18 or over except the following persons:
- Employees of the Promoter (or any of their associated or group companies),
- Employees or agents of any suppliers to the Promoter, or
- members of the immediate family or households of the persons shown at 18 a) and b) above, or
- Employees of the Prize Provider.
19. No bulk or third-party entries will be accepted. The Promoter will not accept entries that are automatically generated by computer; illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with or are incomplete.
20. Proof of identity and age will be required to redeem any Prize.
Limitation of Liability
21. There are certain things for which the Promoter does not accept any liability to you. The Promoter cannot exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or loss caused by a false statement where the statement is made fraudulently. Otherwise, the exclusions described in clauses 22 and 23 will apply. References to the “Promoter” in these paragraphs include all of the Promoter’s associated companies, agents or any other third parties involved in the Prize Draw.
22. The Promoter will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) the following occurrences, to the extent that they occur for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control:
- any postponement or cancellation of the Prize Draw,
- any changes to Prize(s) or the way in which they can be used; or
- any act or default of any third-party supplier.
23. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry.
Personal Data
24. Personal data collected in the course of voting will be used for the purposes of capturing votes, validating and counting the votes and selecting and contacting Winners of the associated Prize Draw. By submitting a vote you understand that the Promotor shall be entitled to pass your personal data to the Prize Provider in the event you are drawn as a Winner and for the purpose of fulfilling the delivery of your Prize to you.
25. We will only use your personal data in line with applicable data protection legislation (including but not limited to the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and its associated regulations “UK GDPR”). By submitting a vote you acknowledge that both the Promoter and Prize Provider will use and store your personal data details as independent Data Controllers (as defined within the UK GDPR) for purpose of processing votes and fulfilling the associated Prize Draw.
26. If you have elected to receive information and offers from the Promotor and/or Prize Provider, the personal data you provide will also be used for this purpose. In this instance you understand that the Promotor shall be entitled to pass your personal data to the Prize Provider to allow the Prize provider to provide information and offers to you. All personal data will be held and used in accordance with the Promotor’s and Prize Provider’s privacy policies (as applicable) which can be found at: bafta.org/about/privacy-policies and pocruises.com/privacy
27. The surname and county of Prize Winners will be available from the Promoter by sending an email including the name of the Prize Draw to Website@bafta.org If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being made available, please contact the Promoter at Website@bafta.org. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
General
28. If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or unsportsmanlike conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the Prize Draw, choice of Prize Draw Winner or any entry) the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity. The Promoter’s decision in such matters shall be final.
29. The Promotor’s decision regarding any aspect of the voting, validity of votes, the Prize Draw and these terms and conditions is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
30. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its reasonable control (including but not limited to Force Majeure).
31. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
